For the past 2 days the sky mini box keeps loosing connectivity to the sky a box. I have rebooted, unplugged , switched off countless time and it works for a time and then looses connect again and again . Please help. Sky q is not on standby

Hi @AndreaSS Always leave your SKYQ box on standby when you are not using it as the Mini boxes connects to it to function.
Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box

Hi @AndreaSS
Try a Network Reset on the mini found in Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect to main Q box by WPS.
If you are Sky broadband with a Sky Q router and this is nearer to the mini then the Q box; then you can connect the mini to the Q router by WPS instead of the main Q box.
