I have just upgraded my sky q do I have to return my old one

Upgraded my sky q but do I have to return the old one as I have not been informed of this but my email from dpd says have equipment ready to hand over to driver.

Hi @Amyanders  You do not need to return SKY+ HD equipment as this belongs to you.

Only SKYQ equipment would need to be returned if needed!

Have you upgraded your Sky Q box to an HDR one?

 

Normally when the courier brings the replacement box, they will ask for the old one to be taken back, before they hand over the new/replacement one.
Do make sure you take out your sky viewing card from the old box, as you will need to put that in the new box.
