I have been charged £115 for non retrurn of equipment but I do not know where to resend the equipment to, a box should have been sent out but I have not recieved anything to return equipment in but they took that amount off me today.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you have returned it and Sky have got it then get in touch with them as they might refund it. Ultimately as Sky own the box and you failed to return it this is why they charged you.
