How to link my virgin account

this forum is for sky customers only

You can't as you are a Virgin customer and not a Sky one.

Virgin go app sends you to sky app you cant watch direct, so I need to link accounts

The Virgin app has nothing to do with Sky, nor can it be linked to any Sky account so as a Virgin custo,er if you are having issues with it then it is Virgin support you need to contact.

@dollface1  To use the sky go virgin partner login  (if their is one) you would need to link the two through your virgin account 

speak directly to virgin or post on their forums on how to do this 

the sky community can't help as it's a virgin account issue and nothing to do with sky
