Can you explain why the package I've just recently had installed has jumped from a £26 per month bill to almost £50 per month. This is my first bill, I paid the £20 install fee separately and future bills on my account read much higher also...why isn't it set at £26 as was the agreed contract?

Check your future bills from month 3 onwards if they match what you expect then everything is as it should be

If your future bills are for the correct amount, it's likely that everything is as it should be.
