Overcharged

Can you explain why the package I've just recently had installed has jumped from a £26 per month bill to almost £50 per month. This is my first bill, I paid the £20 install fee separately and future bills on my account read much higher also...why isn't it set at £26 as was the agreed contract?

@Cath3097  Your first two bills are always higher due to the periods they cover plus setup costs

Check your future bills from month 3 onwards if they match what you expect then everything is as it should be

The first two bills are often higher than the amount you're expecting. See Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills

If your future bills are for the correct amount, it's likely that everything is as it should be.
