Also fttp is a bit binary either the lose of signal light is off or red .  Other things if you appear to be stuck conveniently at 100Mbps would be what ethernet network adapter is on pc fast 100Mbps or gigabit 1000Mbps. Also check ethernet settings on router is set to gigabit

Yeah I actually switched over from bt had 330 with them and never had any issues. But now starting to regret doing so. Also I'm using my mobile to post this as my internet just dropped again 🤦‍♂️

@cookiemonsterukyeah ethernet link is full gigabit but even if it dropped to 100mb for some reason doesnt really explain the slow speed shown in my speedtest.net result

The last test appears to be down over mobile is this etherneted. Ideally we need 1 done on pc or laptop

its weird too when it drops the ont still shows a connection (green light) to the PON.  when I was with bt if my connection dropped which happened very rarely maybe 3 times over the course of 4 years I would see that the ont itself lost connection

Any chance of logging onto the router  and go to the router stats page. Wait for over 10 seconds and then post the full table. This is not the line speed this is to do with tx b/s and rx b/s. Just keep the same workload on the broadband as you have been doing

Currently using a third-party router. I can show you stats from it if you want but internet is working fine now. When the problems occur I do try plugging in the sky hub which does not alleviate the problem.

Very peculiar problem your test show upload speeds consistent with ultrafast plus . Its as if a device was using almost all the bandwidth.  Keep an eye on it and get back to us if things go downhill again.
