Loosing connection

Hi , im Lost acces to internet and You send contractors to check where its problem - his not fixed . That person call me so problem its 10 m from my House and need scafolding company to get the acces . There its easy acces from my other flats nr 54 (im owner) or it's still easy to use leder. Scaffolding company will cost You fortune and we have no idea how long we need to wait for internet. Can You send proper person for fixing this please. Also if You decide to pay scaffolding company , my compensation and fixing this problem couple weeks I'm still need internet- I'm working by internet and loosing money . Can You provide some hot spots or something? I'm definitely can't wait few weeks for that . Thanks for understanding. Regards

Openreach decide how to access where ever the fault is and if that means hiring a scaffolding company then thats what they'll do.

Additionally auto compensation is payable for total lose of service . Sky do provide 4g backup for business customers operating from their registered addresses

@Jakubsky as this appèars to be business critical i presume you have business and not personal broadband which has faster fix times for which you pay a premium ?
