I have changed the auto streaming to HD but quali from yesterday still isn't showing. Any ideas?

I think if you haven't playlisted the sessions then they're only available to stream in HD. If you did playlist them they will eventually appear there in UHD. (Assuming you have a UHD subscription).

I playlisted it yesterday but still no sign of it. Have re-added today's race and will hope for the best...

Have reverted to using the app on my xbox. Although I have to pay an extra £10 a month and endure lower quality and adverts for the privalidge! Qualifying took 5 seconds to find.

Even right now, can only watch Live. This can't be right surely?

No option to watch from the start. This is added to my playlist but only option is watch live. **bleep** Sky.

If you click on watch live it may start from the start. I  have had this before

@Tricky+Dee Sadly not, that's what the second picture is showing, no option to 'Watch from start' anywhere.

I suspect Sky only have "live" rights and not being able to record it turns it into "on demand" rights. But if others say it was fine last season then maybe it's only teething issues this season. I fear the worst though

That's the most  annoying part of this. Last year i was able to watch live but always had it set in my play list . Which meant i was able to re-watch any race i wanted whenever i wanted, If i did arrive home part way into the race i was able to select watch from the start and misssed nothing. So why they have it so wrong this season i have no idea. 

 

I will see the race today decided to take the afternoon off unpaid, will be adding loss of pay if i have to claim a refund for loss of service.

I have just tried to watch Live Grand Prix Sunday: Bahrain which has already started and as others have said, there is no Watch from start option, so my only option now is, go to live and miss everything which has gone so far, or, wait until it is available to view, which based on comments so far could be tomorrow.

 

This is just one of the many issues I talked to Sky Viewer Relations about a couple of weeks ago, I have little faith that many, if any, of the issues we are complaining about will get fixed any time soon, so why are we paying exactly the same for Sky Sports as Sky Q users who are currently enjoying a MUCH better experience!!!!

 

I honestly think that if these problems continue through next weekends GP someone from Sky should be tasked with making a public statement about what exactly they are offering for Sky Sports on Glass, how it compares with Sky Q, so you can make an informed decision whether Glass is suitable for you as a sports fan, and a roadmap of how and when they intend to provide a service which is fit for purpose. 

 

Also, until it is, reduce the price to something like £10pm until we are receiving a service at least comparable to the Sky Q experience for those for whom it is too late to cancel their Glass contract and go back to Sky Q.

 

BTW, I have zero optimism that Sky will make any sort of statement but I think it's disgraceful that they MUST know how poor the service is currently and yet make no comment at all!!!!

Typical and talk about rubbing salt into the wound only sky could start the race show with an add in how good F1 is with sky Glass

@joemit  Been on the phone to sky, and I've solved the 'watch from start' issue at least. Just go to another sky channel, like 106 and click watch from start on that, then back out and go back to the race and session and you can now magically watch from start!

 

still haven't fixed my playlist issue yet though so for now still no good to me since I plan on watching later tonight.....

@DBKS When you say; "Just go to another sky channel, like 106 and click watch from start on that, then back out and go back to the race and session and you can now magically watch from start!..." did you have to go in to the live coverage to get the watch from start option or just the listing / screenshot in the planner? In other words, did you have to watch a few seconds of the race and so see what had happened? 

 

Either way, if doing something like you describe was a workaround it must be possible to fix it the software!

@AJM1972 Totally agree, the more users who complain to Sky VR the better, we need to keep the pressure on Sky to react...
