I need to speak to someone about my outstanding bill, but everytime I call, and it doesnt matter what number I call, it says pay your bill then we will talk to you. Its so frustrating, as I need help and assistance in paying my bill. Does anyone have a number you can contact a person on please

Before your services are reinstated Sky normally require full payment of the outstanding balance and also the setting up of a new continuous payment method. If you’re 2 or more weeks in arrears you will also have to pay the next bill, as this will have been generated by now. If you are able to pay all but £25 of the outstanding amount Sky will usually reinstate your services and they’ll add the £25 to the following months bill.
If in the future you struggle to pay your bills (as with any company) it’s always better to contact them before your bill is due.

Thanks, I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago, and they said I could pay half then call back and they would reinstate my service and workout a plan. Now I can't speak to anyone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sharonstevens follow @Daniel0210 advice. All calls are recorded so they should be able to listen to what was said. The process of overdue payments is automated so i dont believe advisors can override this.

You can make agreements that you will pay half and half however as mentioned by @brianholt the payment process is automated and we cannot stop the system from taking full payment or from restricting your services.
You CAN pay a lower amount than the full bill by allowing £25 to roll to the next bill as @Daniel0210 said but this is dependant on payment history as well.
