How can I purchase an additional Sky Q mini box?

@Buntable  Do you already have multiroom and/or a mini box already.

If you have a mini box you can order one via your account on your Q box.

If it is a First mini box I believe you have to talk to Sky.

Already have mini box,just want a replacement or buy another,they do not seem to be available anywhere on sky site.

How to order a mini box via your Q box:

Go into "My account" > Upgrades and accessories > Browse shop.

If you have a faulty box just phone Sky they are taking calls and will replace the box free.

Hi, we are considering the same option of 2 mini boxes, we all ready have one.  So I'm gathering from the posts that you can't watch all the 3 with different channels on them?  To confirm you can watch the main tv and 2 mini on different channels.  When you mentioned one being in standby does that mean the 4th can't be used at all??  This is where I can get a bit confused.  TIA for any guidance

You can watch on the main box and any 2 mini boxes, different channels etc etc HOWEVER any other boxes need to be on standby. I believe although I have not tried it that you can watch Netflix on other mini boxes.

Yes same here  - there is no option in the store for a sky mini box

Same here. On my tv, I've gone to my account->browse shop->and nine options show, none for sky q mini

Hi it says buy a a SKY Q 2TB UHD and HDR Box, when I try to buy it off the TV. We have a SKY Q UTB box already, is the HDR box the mini box. Also do you receive another 2TB box because we already have one?
