How can I purchase an additional Sky Q mini box?

@Michael.Foxhunter  Before you do, I take it you appreciate you can only watch TV on 2 Sky Q mini boxes simultaneously in addition to  the SkyQ main box.

Hi @Michael.Foxhunter  Just to point out that you can connect up to four mini boxes to either a 1tb UHD, or 2tb SKYQ main box, but can only watch two mini boxes at the same time!

@Michael.Foxhunter  YOu should be able to do it via your Sky Q box and via your account at sky.com.

If neither of those give you the option the only way is to call

If you have Sky Talk dial 150.

If not ring them up on the number at the bottom of this page under 'need more help' and when prompted just say ‘technical’ or ‘speak to an advisor’, do not say billing

@Michael.Foxhunter , check the option upgrades by logging into your account at sky.com, using the my sky app or just call customer services and stay on the phone until you get through

Ive just upgraded to SkyQ, with the desired ability to watch Sky on different TVs in my home.
I placed the order, ticked the necessary boxes to receive a mini box to enable this.
however when the installer arrived today he informed me that ad it wasn't on his order he couldn't let me have one, but if I was to call Sky, they'd send one......what he didn't tell me was that you can't call Sky due to COVID, there isn't anyone there, their Website is next to hopeless, you can't order any hardware online!

am I to assume that the fitter is running a small sideline in Mini Boxes on eBay? 
How does one show total dissatisfaction with the service provided?

Still working for me.  Try using Chrome Incognito or another private browser so that the cookies are reset.  Then log in with your account details and see what options are available.

Don't forget you can only watch UHD (4K) content on your main box  NOT on a mini box

Link is working fine thanks, I can purchase a new sky q mini box for £50 but for every box I add my contract goes up £8. Why is this?

@danwhite1979  There should be no increase in subscriptions for mini boxes after you have got multi room it covers any number of mini boxes

Where do you order a sky mini box? Above info does not tally with my account on sky.
