@expostie1 , sign in to your account and see what upgrades are available. Call customer services and go through your current set up as that determines how many minis you can have installed. They can also advise of any deals on prices. Good luck

did the upgrade team tell you if your monthly amount changed i know its only a one off fee but when i go to order it says your new monthly Amount is £65 plus one off fee of £50 not sure if my monthly amount has changed as i pay £99 per month for all sky packages!!! calling is a nightmare hate dealing with Sky

Ordering the first Mini increases the monthly subscription: after that, extra Mini boxes (up to a maximum of four) do not add monthly cost.

I ordered one today and after placing order I'm told the delivery will be in four to five weeks!!!!

I ordered mine yesterday and it also said 4-5 weeks, but I've just got an order tracking number and it's being delivered tomorrow, so the 4-5 week thing must be an error 😁

Hi,  Sorry I have not looked at this message stream for a while.

As I said in my last post I raised a complaint and they called my back.   I was then able to order a mini box which arrived in about 3 days.
