Home move imminent

Hello all, good evening. 

Im moving house in a few weeks. I need to move sky q to the new property. There used to be a way to book this online but I can't find it. I really dislike using the phone and wondering if anyone knows if this has to be a call now??

Sorry, if I didn't make it clear. I'm perfectly aware of the way you've linked. @caesarome 

 

What I'd like to do it do it without calling and going via that link only allows me to do it via a call

@JazTheTim  I'm afraid if it directs you to call, thats what you'll need to do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeah. That's the way it looks. I definitely found a web form / calendar option a week or so ago. Seems to be gone now, which is frustrating.

I don't think you can book it online anymore but if you go through that and select the options to you it should get you to a number to call.
