I want to cancel.

I just want someone to call me. How can I request a call back, because I'm not paying what they charge to ring them. X

No one from Sky will call you. Sky TV subscription ~ If you’re still in a minimum term deal you can’t cancel, but if you are out of contract you need to contact Sky to reduce any part of your package or cancel it completely giving the required notice of 31 days.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to a phone number.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one).
UK customer ~ it should include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.

If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget to keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es) as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

It's a local rate call - inclusive in many call packages.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Watch+Earthlings They don't charge you anything to ring them. Whoever you have your phone line with does.
