Hi, I'd like to know how to reduce the cost of my package please, could you tell me whether there are any products that I can remove??

@Gemma+f  If your no longer in contract then you could try contacting Sky via this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave  and see what they can do for you

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Gemma+f  As we are fellow customers here your best option is to phone sky directly and discuss your options 

 

you can remove services providing your not within a minimum term

  • In my experience, you will find that even in contract if you sign up for a longer discounted minimum term you will end up with a price reduction.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
