Can't make a a payment

It's not letti g me make a payments keeps saying something went wrong payentn details are all correct

@Debbie81X What are you trying to make a payment for? If you have a continuous payment method set up you don't need to make 'additional' payments.

For my bill of course and for some reason my direct debit isn't even set up on my account even though its set up with my bank account

 Via the my sky app, via your TV set top or via the website

@Debbie81X the simplest solution, then, is to re-setup your direct debit here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-method
