Can't see what so great about sky Q.
Certainly miss the remind function and up down side to side browser function.
Does sky listen to customer feedback?.

Dear Mr Sky Man , Please can you restore the the reminder function ..there hundreds of people on here complaining about it going awol.Every other platform uses it so why not sky..I have been a subscriber since 1993 and I am pretty sure Virgin media would love my custom when my contract is up because you dont seem to want it listen to your customers please cos they pay you bills..

I have also been a Sky Customer for many years and Virgin will be getting my custom as well when my contract runs out.

Sky, look what happened to your ppv football. I would urge anyone who's not happy with what Sky are doing regarding the reminder button to do what footie supporters have done with ppv and bin it.

Had Sky Q installed this afternoon. Would really like to have the functionality of having a reminder for programmes that we had on Sky+.

Hello All, While I am fully supportive of this board & was one of the early posters I think you can write this Off
as a lost campaign because Sky are not going to install this function on SkyQ that is for sure they do not believe
it is needed & despite all the requests & campaigning for this option they have not changed there mind.
I think SkyQ is very good although it could still be improved if you look at this board Sky have never answered any
question posted other than to state that the option will not be added, there is NO Discussion nor will there be
like all large organisations, they listen but don't hear Customer Feedback is only there to convince customers that
they have some input but the truth is they make decisions based on their requirements Not Yours. Sorry 🤢 !!!!!

So they listen but dont hear well hear this Sky as soon as my contract is up it will be goodbye from me and goodbye from him ..then they will tell someone and some else ...when they start to listen with their coffers they will have to do something ....WE PAY THE BILLS

Hello UKmartian Hope you are Well I admire your idea of cancellation, unfortunately, Sky would not be at all worried about a few hundred lost
customers especially long term One's who do not change there package often if at all they gain New Customers every week with the offers
that are available to them & New customers tend to take more services because of special offers.
I am afraid you have a choice Sky's Way or No Way it's a shame but it really is a case of taking it or losing it .......................👹 !!!!!!
