Have a reminder function for programmes

loved the  Remider / Bookmark  feature , wish it was still available on SKY Q  -   really cannot understand why it is not included on SKY Q ! 😞

I agree but sky don't give one hoot and don't listen to their customers. All they care about is getting you in and then charging us

Like everyone else has said previously I'm cheesed off about the fact there isn't any reminder option I used the reminders for a majority of the shows I watch otherwise I tend to forget if I'd known it wasn't available I would have thought twice about changing from what I was already using I've had it less than a day and already find it a hindrance

I don't think the bosses at Sky are the slightest bit interested. I'm sure they've provided this facility to avoid having to answer irate letters. "Just let the punters vent on a forum, and we can just ignore them!" And they laugh their corporate heads off all the way to the bank.

Totally  agree  should  be put back on i acctuly record  less now im on Q  i dont hate it but there's loads of room for improvement

its a function I use daily on one of my boxes if I don't cancel it even turns to the channel its great I don't want it recorded just to let me know its about to start

Have just upgraded ( well the juries still out ) to Sky q and like many on this forum plenty things that are worse than sky + 

reminders being the main gripe

the tv guide is also very clunky and a bit harder to use than sky + 

I wish I'd known this before I "upgraded " but they only show the whistles and bells

Advice for anyone thinking of "upgrading " to sky q , don't do it, to start with there is no reminder function which is very frustrating when you miss countless programmes because you forgot it was on,  I'm always having to reset the box (almost daily) because it freezes or just loses Wi-Fi connection for no apparent reason,  sky refuse to listen to their customers and have no intention of adding the reminder feature so my advice is to stick with sky+, it is so much better, I can't wait for my contract to end so I can cancel sky q and go back to sky+. If I can't go back to sky+ then I will 100% cancel my sky altogether,  I would rather have no sky than sky q, that's the truth. DO NOT "upgrade" .

We miss the reminder feature on Sky Q, it was really useful. I don't want to record everything I want to watch, sometimes I just want to watch it and a reminder is all that's needed. Please bring it back!
