@Curly+shirl  What issues are you having?  Just to make you aware you are not talking to Sky.

 

The forum can't help unless you post some more details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 has said above, is there something particular that you are unhappy with?

 

Such as the hardware, software, user experience, connectivity issues etc...
