interested in sky glass but nonone to speak to

Hi everyone

 

Im interested in getting sky glass but for the life of me i cant find a live chat function to speak to anyone.  Due to my condition i find speaking on the phone causes me to get anxious, stressed and distressed.  So i was wondering if anyone knew a way of finding the live chat funciton.

You don't need to chat with anyone, you can just order online.

 

You will have to call someone if you decide to cancel or change your mind. No way around that

i currently have a sky q box and think im still in contract and was wondering if i would be able to upgrade to glass or if i have to wait till it ends

@peterdd87  1st Glass isn't an upgrade, it is a different system that relies on broadband only. So you do need a decent broadband connection.

 

Not all channels are on Sky Glass, this link shows which channels are.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

 

You can move to Glass and cancel your existing Q subs even if you are in a discounted period.  No discounts carry over to Glass, all TV packs are 31 day rolling contracts.

thanks for that @GD1  I clicked on the linke you shared about the channels and the ones we watch are on that list.  We also watch alot of Netflix.  Our broadband is with sky and is a decent signal
