Fault on phone

I had a problem with my iPhone 12 wasn't charging brightness going up and down on its own and it flickers when I type. I sent it to apple and they can confirm there is a fault on my phone and it's still under warranty but the found my screen as come away from the side it's so small you need a magnifying glass to see it I use a cover on my phone so I don't get this problem but they said they can't repair my phone because of the screen what would you do my phone cost a fortune and now this I can't win pls help anyone

I would report it to sky but I can't talk as problem with my throat so can't speak so I can't phone them but I don't know if they have a live chat or not I haven't seen it x

You could try Twitter or Facebook Messenger as a way of contacting them. I have no idea what they will say but at the very least I would have thought they will want it sent off to see if it can be repaired.

Spoke to sky about phone today there going to look at it for me ty everyone for helping me xxx
