Currently on back order- no delivery date.

Ordered iPhone 13 pro max and I've been given no date or any information on how long I need to wait- order just says 'currently on back order' email doesn't state anything at all...

I'm afraid the forum won't be able to tell you when it will be delivered.

 

Back order means Sky are waiting for stock from Apple, this affects all mobile providers.  You need to keep your eye on the order tracking page of your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Sian.. Unfortunately this happens every time Apple bring out a new major product. They cannot keep up with demand and the problem has been increased this year by other issues such as a shortage of HGV drivers. All you can do is keep checking your order tracking https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order as advised already by @GD1

It would help if it give some sort of guide or tracking- it just says to call for update... so guess it's just a waiting game..
