I have broadband with sky but I can’t access my mobile account, it says my account is already linked

I have broadband with sky but I can’t access my mobile account, it says my account is already linked, but now access, keeps saying contact Sky, please help.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
