Error code on sky sports upgarde

Keep getting a DSU_508 error code for sty sports upgrade

@Becky2002 This has cropped up before. If rebooting your Sky Qbox doesn't rectify it then call Sky to resend the signal to your viewing card.

I've been trying to call for the last hour and all I get is an automated text reply that doesn't help. This is rediculous! Can I just get this fixed!

@Bungulor @Becky2002 afraid you are not contacting Sky on here this is a customer to customer forum so you really are speaking to other customers but what I can do is I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat

@Bungulor What problem have you tried to contactSky about? Is it the same as the OP?

Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a bit quieter.
