Re: Never Miss

@Bring+back+never  The trouble  is if you use the normal contact numbers you just get someone with no influence and may not even know it has been withdrawn.

I raised a complaint and got a reply saying it should be back shortly, which does not seem to be true.

Re: Never Miss

I posted on FB Messenger and the reply I got was they were told to remove it immediately which seems rather strange unless they are cost cutting.Hot Picks is absolutely useless so i suggested they reinstate it asap.Fat chance of that happening.I joined TVTime which is similar but alot more complicated but will have to do that for the moment until they get enough complaints to reinstate it.No warning given just disappeared overnight.

Re: Sky Nevermiss

I really hope the disappearance of Sky's Nevermiss option is just a problem and not a removal of a widely used function. I don't mind change if it's for the better but just removing things and not replacing it with something better is just plain crazy. I hated (and still hate some things about it) the new Sky Q remote control options but hoped I would get used to it - I haven't. I'll admit some areas are great but why change it for the worse ie to get to the current channel on the TV Guide now takes numerous button presses instead of just 1. And now they just removed Sky Nevermiss with no warning....Aaaah!!!
Come on Sky listen to your customers - they need a suggestion box facility too.

Will I still be a Sky customer in the future? We shall see....over 20 years a customer so far surely we should have some respect (especially for my £100+ per month).

Rant over - for now.

...one more thought...

Hey SKY - have you noticed that (as far as I can tell) there is not a single person saying good riddance to 'Nevermiss'.
Just sayin'.

Has anyone else tried this it seems on the face of it to do everything that never miss did but perhaps better.

Like never miss it emails you. You need to select the networks or you get world wide reminders.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Dear Sky,

The problem with Top Picks is this THEY ARE NOT MY TOP PICKS so now you have forced my to goto amazon prime well done. To think they had a meeting about this ie to drop never miss it beggers belief. So in the past you got a reminder of lets say a film becuse the planner is intelligent enough to remember the TV shows you've watched that is genius, so I want to watch a film put it in my never miss and i get a reminder to WATCH IT ON THE SKY PLATFORM now I will watch it else where wonder what your advertisers will make of that ?

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Remember, everyone, if you're just wanting to vent about the loss of Never Miss to like-minded individuals, then posting here is fine; but if you want to let Sky know that you're not happy with what they've done, you have to use the complaints procedure linked earlier in this thread.

Sky aren't required to monitor customers' opinions or criticisms on this forum, but as with any other large company they will be forced to at least acknowledge complaints sent through their complaints procedure.

I tried the complaints procedure and the response I got back is:

We will forward your comments to the relevant team at Sky.com for their
information.
I appreciate your annoyance that the service has been removed, but we
have no further information on the reasons for this.

Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that they really care.

Why has Sky Never Miss been removed?

And what has happened to the list of all my programmes I wanted to watch and be reminded of?
It was a poor decision to remove this without notifying customers.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Like many others in this thread, I used this feature, not just to highlight new series, but to identify old films / series that I wanted to watch, and although not 100% accurate/complete, many times I was able to catch something which I would otherwise would have missed.  I really hope that this is a temporary blip and not the end of this helpful service.
