I totally agree with no 3, there are so many businesses which have gone bust during this pandemic where as other businesses have flourished, including any home entertainment, yet I have received info on a price hike, it is truly disgusting, Sky does not value their customers at all!

 

Bring back Never Miss!  Your Sky VIPs want it!

Really miss Sky Never Miss. it was so useful. Don’t have time to go searching. Please bring it back. Surely it was automated and not that much trouble. Backward step!

On a collective basis of course they do, they wouldn't have a business otherwise. They do just enough to keep their retention rates where they want them. They would never shoot for 100% retention as that would be taken to indicate they are doing too much at the expense of their profit margin.

I have to say that I don't find much on the Sky website to be of practical use as most of it is just geared up for more sales but the Never Miss service was really useful. Just typical of Sky to ram absolutely useless new services down our throats on a regular basis as a pretence for increasing costs while withdrawing the services which did actually add customer value. Whoever made the decision to withdraw this is completely incompetent and their services should be dispensed with and Never MIss reinstated!!
