Is there a way we can complain to Sky about Never Miss being taken off? I am absolutely gutted. I rely on it so much. Sky does not automatically record series that watched or recorded previously so I relied on Never Miss...🤬🤬

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
No there is no way.....I have written letters to the CEO and to customer services in Scotland. I have emailed customer complaints, never knowing if they received my emails. I did get a reply to my letter from Customer Services and they categorically told me that they would never be re-instating Never Miss. I pointed out the number of their customer complaining on Sky Community, but it made no difference at all.....so there is nothing we can do at all........the customer is obviously never right when it comes to Sky!!1

Hi AngryBird
Is GeekTown a safe website to go to?
Yes, I would say so. It's been around a while and I subscribed to their regular mailing list without issue. The Never Miss service is new.

Unfortunately SKY have grown to a size now where they believe they can do what thwy want, when they want and their customers will accpet it. The only way they will take notice is if it hits them financially and I don't really think enough people will walk away from them

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
Just a quick message to add, like everyone else I am not happy about this however another alternative is the Digital Spy website.
It has a forums section and in both the UK TV Shows and US TV Shows sections there are posts / threads for cancelled / renewed tv shows and pickups for US and UK shows in both forums.
They are always up to date and LM (a member on there) posts a monthly round up of upcoming shows as well as there being posts about what has been renewed and dates when it should be shown in the UK and which channel it's on.
You don't need to participate if you don't want to you can just create an account on there and subscribe to those threads only and you get an email when someone has posted.
This doesn't help with shows that have been shown a few years back though unfortunately.

@SimonPark Not sure if you know this, but that site looks like they are going to be charging a monthly subscription fee for their services. They've also been very quiet for the last 2 weeks.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
Geektown is free.
The new, as yet undeveloped nevermiss app is proposing to incorporate a subscription fee if it ever gets made.
