All these subscribers complaining about the removal of Never Miss and all you get from Sky is an instruction to look at their New Series page on the Sky Q box so they can ply you with what they want you to watch. Has anyone looked at this so called feature - it's nowhere near a substitution for Never Miss and is completely useless.

yeh i had a go looking for hours then got my dad to have a look for it but he couldnt find it either & hes had sky q for a lot longer than i have i asked my son to have a look for me & he said thats its full sh_t he said its nowhere to be found its a joke but geektown site is really i put in all the programs i could ramember hope it works

To find the sky new series feature, go to the TV guide and select TV channels and then scroll upwards a couple of times.

So Never Miss has been cancelled, no explanation just demised. Any decent provider would have given reasons and advanced notice.  Probably too expensive to maintain and scared to say just that.  Not brilliant customer service.

All I got told was when I put a complaint in  was "It was a business decision" also that it's "not part of the subscription you pay for". Fine but I'll be moving away from Sky soon, nothing I watch has to be Sky.

I'm really cross about the loss of the never miss service too.  They didn't even bother to inform me it's just not there anymore

Coupled with the inability on Q to series link radio  recordings it feels like I'm getting an ever diminished service for an ever increasing subscription fee.

has anyone ever actual my received any free tickets, goods or services that they claim some platinum (diamond?  Not sure as they keep  changing it) are lucky enough to get?

  So did I. Unfortunately, it was to let me know that the next season of Ozark - S4 - will be the final season, which is a big shame. I thought it had a few more seasons in it, tbh. Also found out this week ( but not from GT ) that the next season of Lost In Space is the final one & the same goes for Better Call Saul.

  Had my second email from GT today & this time it was pretty, pretty good - Curb Your Enthusiasm has been renewed for S11. Loved S10, big improvement on S9.
