Re: Epgservices sky never miss
Some time ago, I suggested an integration between the (then) Sky+ App & Nevermiss such that you could search in the app for a film/series & if it was not scheduled during the next week, it would automatically pass the same search to Nevermiss & give the option to set a reminder.
Something like that would have been progress & useful. The suggested alternative to Nevermiss is a pathetic backward step by comparison.
I'm not a happy Sky customer.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
@Firewall13 I have registered an interest, I don't mind adverts perhaps Sky would pay to advertise on it.
If it is a subscription service I am not sure what an acceptable price point would be for me, Advert support is fine I can just ignore them as I do on everything else.

@Firewall13 I will register an interest however I don't think I would use it if it was subscription based, advert based would be fine though

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
@GeekTown I have not tried it long enough to see if it works but so far it does not seem that user friendly.
Unless I have got it wrong, you have to enter your email address every time you select a programme and there does not seem to be a way of looking at which programmes you have asked to be reminded about.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
@GigglingGobby Sadly no. It's an extension of the existing tv premiere date service I run, and I've never tracked films on there, only tv shows. Bear in mind, the site is mainly run by me and is quite a lot of work tracking the tv show premieres, so I just don't think I'd cope adding in all the films shown on tv as well.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
@GeekTown Thanks for this. Will it let me know if a past series /season is repeated? I used to use Sky Never miss a lot for shows I had not seen so set it to alret me when the first series was on again.

@bob1234 Yes, you do have to enter your email address for each programme. I used copy & paste for that, much easier, and as I said, the whole thing only took me 50 minutes.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
@Anonymous Yes I did that as well, it is really the ability to see which programmes I have asked to be reminded about is the main thing I miss.

And I also wondered if you put your email in twice for a series (because you can't remember whether or not you did it), would you get the email twice @GeekTown?

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
For me I started this discussion because i used never miss for FILMS and geektown i think doesn't cover this. Anyway i'm watching Cyrstal Palace V Burnely for FREE on Amazon Prime now and then American Horror Story on NETFLIX, now there are two companies who know how to look after their customers.

When did Amazon prime become free? Or are you using a trial?

@Annie+UK The football is free to view on Amazon. No idea how to view it though if you don't have an Amazon account 😂
