Can't find page to enter never miss programmes please help me !!!!

Why has it been cancelled, clearly loads of people are using the function. Could you not have taken a poll of somthing first to see if customers wanted the fucntion?

Thanks to @GeekTown  for sorting us out an alternative, I am happy for whatever format is best for you as I never recorded direct from the email as I often went for a different screening time than the email offered  due to recording clashes and usually set up via my Sky+app on my phone.

@Anonymous  impressive you could sort our your reminders in only 50 mins, took me much longer, I think I watch too much tv !!

really not at with sky because they have took sky never miss off they should have told every1 that has sky so come on sky people whats going with sky never miss we pay our bills & we like what have but why take that awau now i have to check every dam day incase i miss that watch comes on because you are mot letting us no when our programs are coming back on so whats the deal tell me please

Just discovered this had been removed and am pretty annoyed. It’s bad enough that a really useful feature has been deleted, but to not inform us and actively bar us from accessing our own lists is disgusting. I’d been building my list of films for over 15 years, migrating my LoveFilm list over when it ended. A lot of hours went into researching and updating a list of hundreds of films. All gone and replaced by a near useless alternative. 

Again, stopping the feature is irritating, but doing it with total disdain for us customers is unacceptable and has me heading over to the switching and cancellation options next.

I agree with your points about what Sky have done to never miss and how they have done it. The alternative to check the guide Everyday to find new series is an absolute joke. The day/week your series is on there -  will be the day you have not checked it. I think they have totally underestimated its usefulness to the customers that used it, you'll probably find tho that not a high percentage of customers used it, but still, cutting it off with no prior notification is just arrogant of a company that does want it wants.

This is a total disgrace. I only discovered they'd trashed this service today when I went to look for a film on it, and the page is gone. No warning, despite the fact I have (or rather had) dozens of series and films set up on there to warn me when they were coming up - I spend a fortune on Sky and this was one of the features that made it worthwhile. I will be looking into alternatives now so this shortsighted bit of pennypinching could cost them a lot more. On the plus side it will save me a lot of money so hahahaha 🐵

Not only that, they took NeverMiss away without warning so I don't have access to all the series and films I had set up over the last few years, they're all gone and I've no way of rebuilding it. That's the most spectacularly stupid and thoughtless action imaginable.
