Re: Epgservices sky never miss

The worse this about this is that we weren't even told, Sky love their customers so much that they couldn't even give us a heads up so as we could log in and make a note of the various items we've added over the years. Really disgusted with Sky over this. And I say that as being someone who has stuck up for Sky on so many issues over the years.

I would urge everyone on this post to like my ideas post about it.

I really don't see the harm in having such a useful site.

My set up;
Sky Q - full package with 2TB HDR box & 4 mini boxes, all hardwired by ethernet.
Sky Superfast Broadband.
Panasonic 50" 4K TV.
Panasonic 4k Bluray Player.
Sonos 5.1 Surround Sound System.

@Mark39 whenever I click reply to someone it never quotes the text, haven't been able to do it for a long time, can you advice? Thanks

@whiteonline  The quote does not work on all PCs/phones/tablets. if you have 3 dots in the menu click on this which should open a line which includes a couple of quotation marks.

Failing that use copy and paste.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Hi,

I am sorry I don't have an email address either, whenever I try to do anything I get told I don't have

the right to go in anywhere. I just don't understand why they had to take sky nver miss away from

us after all this time!

Re: Sky Never Miss site

@bob1234 hmm that's strange as it used to work, let me guess, something else that was taken away.

Think if you copy and paste it wouldn't look right and might confuse people.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Totally disagree.... Never Miss. I think for the vast majority use it to advise on new series...  When a mid season break of a series restarts..... When a new season of an old series starts etc etc.... Films are repeated again.. And again.. And again..  And again...

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

@jimbob3121 but to take it away without telling people is aweful, can't even go in there now and see what was on our lists! i've defended them on so many things, not this. I can only assume the powers at be don't even use it. It makes no sense whatsoever to take something so valuable like this away.

Sky say to use the new series features on Q etc. but if that's the case i think they are confusing what customers use Never MIss for. Thought they were meant to care for their customers, clearly not.

@whiteonline

Copy and paste does not look too bad.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

  Only found out today that NM has been removed & like many others on here, I think this is a bad idea. However, over on the Sky Q Ideas board, a few months ago I did suggest that Sky incorporate Never Miss into the Sky Q box & that we receive notifications on our screen rather than emails. Is it possible that Sky is looking to do this instead? Even if they are, they could have waited until it was implemented before taking the old version away.

@Anonymous  I do like an optimist, but I did vote for your idea, they merged mine with yours.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

@Anonymous so it's your fault we've lost it 😉 i've just liked your ideas post, didn't see there already was one, but mine is more straight forward "bring back Sky Never Miss" which is top of hot ideas at the moment 🙂
