They have taken it away......I have so far written to Customer Services, emailed them and also written to the CEO.....no replies so far!!  Maybe if enough people contact these people...something will be done!

@Carrrie  i will do the same, can you pm me the address's of what you've used (although I'm sure i have the CEOs email) nd i will email them the same. I also run a facebook group with over 3000 members so will ask them to do the same.

I have also set up a suggestion on here of things we need, asking for them to reinstate it.

What Sky Email address do you send to?

I use an app called TV Show Tracker. You can tick off shows when you watch them and it will tell you when the next episode is on. I've been using it for over 2yrs now.

If you track something like the simpsons will it track the one shown on sky one or does it do what most other trackers do and only show you when it is on fox in the USA?

Which is why I have 'written' to them......more than ridiculous......I have no idea when to start recording returning series....if I get a reply to any of my communications I will put it p on this site.....

I wrote, well typed......to the CEO (you can Google him and his picture, address, etc. is there) and also to customer services up in Scotland....there is an email address for them and after spending what seemed like hours, found it, but I got an "this email address is not monitored" reply....which really ticked me off....

I am a bit worried about putting this information on this site.....but if you Google CEO of Sky, you will find him and you can find customer services.....by searching the Sky website it is all there....it took me ages to find it but I persevered.....
