Download failure
We have been unable to download for some weeks now all usual fixes do not work recording is fine it's just downloads

If you are a BT Broadband customer then this is a known issue that is being investigated by Sky, there is a large thread here with a potential work around:
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

We can now download from the BBC but not Sky channels has anyone else seen the same When will Sky fix this it's unacceptable

I get the same thing and I use Vodafone broadband. BBC catchup downloads always work but anything else fails with the "Failed Remote Network Problem". If I keep retrying they eventually download. I was trying to download 12 Monkeys from Peacock last night and it kept failing on several episodes. I am in my 14 day cooling off period for the contract so I threatened it with cancelation and it finally downloaded. Might be worth trying that 😉
