I have followed friend if the family all the way through in my skyQ box (so nothing to do with windows or skygo) and it keeps saying download failed?
I have restarted my tab and router, cleared my disk space down (not that it was even half full anyway!) and I can download other episodes so not my internet connection
any advice?

Have been on with technical support for 30 mins. Basically talked me through steps of box reset which I had done myself, achieved nothing and now remote won't work. This is ridiculous. Also claiming download fail isn't an issue with other customers!!!!

I am having issues too. I just get download failed. Only started this week. I have reset my box, checked network connection and also ensure updates to latest software.
issue still not fixed

I am having the same issue with in demand, my error message just simply says 'download failed'

I'm trying to download FBI S2 Ep 4, and it won't do either that or any of the following ones. Anyone got any advice/tips/info? Thanks. Julia

Your post has been moved to this mega thread as your issue is different to the issue on the thread you posted on. There are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix. They have updated their status page as per this link

Still the same for me and no change since i posted two nights ago.

Quick Q- how can some downloads be getting to 102%? Whats going on there?

@Daniel0210 Please can you let the technical support staff know if the issue, I spent 30+ mins trying to explain to a support staff on the phone it wasn't an issue with my box/ broadband but a sky wide issue and I was not the only customer having the problem

Mines not worked for two days now as well. Download failed every time I try. I've stopped trying now. I just keep checking on here to see if anyone reports it's back up and running.

Hi, I have watched 3 series of 'The Handmaid's Tale', however, I am currently on episode 13 and my television shows that it is downloaded but I cannot play it. Could anybody help please?

Hi. I know there's a problem with downloads. Been like it 3 days..
Does anyone know how long it's going to be until it's fixed? Paying for a service we ain't getting!!
Sorry to rant ... I'm not switching to Stream if that is what they want everyone on Sky Q to do!!!

Fixed. I have resumed my downloads of hd programes and seems to be working now. Fi gers crossed it does break again

I'm now able to download SkyMax from Boxsets and on demand. Fingers crossed it lasts!
