Having the same issue downloading in UHD and sometimes HD.
Tried Gangs of London and it failed in UHD - worked in HD
Tried others that were HD and failed but worked in SD
Sky need to sort this now

Actually-it said downloaded 101% but cant watch it
same with the others so still not working-only seems to be on demand

Hello. When downloading The Flight Attendant series 2, the download fails. I have just finished watching series 1. All other downloads are working fine. Any ideas please?

Thank god found this..thought I was going mad..been watchin S2 of manifest...on Sky Max...then got to Ep 11...nothing..download fail...now it wont even download Ep 10..which i watched yesterday...Between this and stacking issues Sky are doing themselves no favours right now...grrrrr

Yes iv spent all day trying to figure this out but with no joy. I'm glad I'm not the only 1 finding this

Hi. I have watched series 9 episode 1 but episodes 2 onwards are saying download failed. Have been going through the skybox software up date and troubleshooting etc but this has not worked.
Any advice greatfully received.

Just tagging for numbers that I've the same issue downloads wise, status piece is telling me there's no issue in my area but tell that the sky Q box that won't download 🤣

We are aware that users may receive a technical error message when downloading some content on their Sky Q/HD boxes. We are investigating this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Had issues all last night recording and downloading, then this evening have had failed and technical issue and then when resetting setting, and hardware no luck. Downloads failed and then if did went to 101% then wouldn't let you watch it. 24 hours now of not being able to watch stuff, hope sky is sorting problem because nothing wrong with my WiFi, broadband and have reset everything so hope for answers soon

we are unable to download any catch up tv channnel programmes. Each time we try it states fault
