Download fail message on sky history programme

There are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix. They have updated their status page as per this link

I'll try these but my internet is working fine and I'm able to download movies from

sky cinema. It's just the history channel it seems

I cannot download this episode on either HD or SD. All the others have downloaded ok as did S3 E1. What do I do? Sky go works ok and a download instruction to the SkyQ box says OK on HD but fails on SD.

It's not just Sky History but most if not all Sky channels.

There is an issue with download fails on many Sky channels. Sky are aware and working to resolve. We just need to be patient for now.

I am having problems with downloads I was watching Chicago PD got to S9 episode 3 watched it and it's not downloading episode 4 goes to 100% doesn't let me play. I phoned sky yesterday they got an engineer out after doing steps over the phone. Engineer came out showed him what's going on, he gave me a new sky Q box and it's still not working but he left so couldn't tell him. I don't know what's going on!

Im told there is no problems but still unable to download from Atlantic or Max. Paying for a service and not getting it. Wonder will they give us credit off next bill for disruption!!

I've changed settings and still can't download on demand it's just comes up with failed so I keep trying and it still don't work HD and SD

If you look at other posts on the forums @Josiephate 

You will see there is currently an issues with downloads.   Sky are aware

Sky Q box will not download on demand. I've gone through all procedures but problem still exists.

Hi there

Sky Atlantic on demand downloads keep failing. It works on sky go and I can watch the channel. Just all downloads of any series just in Atlantic fail.
