Hi all. I am looking at downgraging my sky package, I have movies, kids, sports and disney, the cost is just getting higher and higher. Will i have to take out a new 18 month contract (which i really do not want to do atm) or is it best to wait another 6 months i have left to cancell the whole thing. I not sure how much longer i can keep paying these prices.
Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou would need to speak to Sky support about this because if you are in a contract with any of them then they might say you can not downgrade then by cancelling any of them but to keep you then might offer you a discount and if they do then you probably would have to agree a new contract.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
