Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAnd what about your March bill, have they added a credit here ?
28 Jan 2022 04:03 PM
Just checked yes they have credited March's bill so what does that mean I need to pay it for them to credit it me back?
28 Jan 2022 04:06 PM
Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat is correct as it was to late for this to be applied to your next bill because once it has been created any changes or credits go onto the next bill.
