Discovery plus app.
This app is so bad. Not only do your programs not update weekly like stated, 3 days after they air in the USA Im constantly Watching my stuff using you tube and other platforms.
Yet they state all programmes can be viewed here first!!!!!
And it clearly states new episodes weekly.
So where are they?
Why cant you upload them on time but ither platforms. Free platforms have them.
It's not one program its MULTIPLE.
The subtitles don't bother tryng to use. They run so badly out of sync & ahead your reading the next conversation in the next segment. Not the one taking place now!!!
It doesn't say when there's new episodes of your stuff either, but the rubbish you don't want to watch & is irrelevant to your viewing is constantly displayed.
Why when I have no interest in it. Nor are they in my favourites list.
That thing i have to scroll through and keep selecting every programme to see if its been updated.
Surely an app in 2022 should cater for your our own viewing pleasure and favourites list.
Aint thay why they charge a fee??

If you view on the sky and then another device ie phone or tablet, whatever you watch is not linked to any other device. Neither are your favourites.
Yet it's one account!!!
This app is HARD WORK!!!
I cant believe that they want you to pay for an app that is this dire.
So very outdated Its out the stoneage.
Even with the new update its still very very bad.
Its so basic that it's literally rubbish and never updates on time. So what am I paying subscription for if I'm watching my stuff on other platforms when I'm supposed to get it all here first when its aoied in the USA???
That was the selling point, or should I say false advertising!!!!!!! @discoveryplus

It's free to Sky Q customers and anyone else purchasing a subscription will have done so directly with Discovery+, not Sky, so Sky wouldn't be the ones giving any refunds.

Yes, it's a bit pointless having a rant on here about Discovery+ seeing as it's a free service with Sky Q.
If you're paying for a subscription to the full Discovery+ service then you need to access it using a different app, not the limited one on Sky Q.

The first year was free then 7.99 a month afterwards was the contract.
There's been a huge issue with discovery+

That they're working with tlc and discovery plus but place the blame on tlc content sharing.

All complaints should go to Discovery as they provide the app on any device which carries it.
In this case Sky are just hosting the app provided by Discovery.
