Difficulty in accessing router controls

I had forgotten my router username and password and attempted a re-set. However, I am still not able to access the controls evne though I am using 'admin' as the username and 'sky' as the password. I'd be grateful for any guidance on a way forward.

Password   network security key (wifi password)

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
