No broadband

My broadband has been off for 4 days now and I can't get in touch with anyone to help. I've followed all the steps and it's not working. I also rang and it says I can't connect the calls

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have escalated the issue to Sky

 

If you remain logged onto the community forum a blue chat bubble should appear within the next 48 hours
