Internet isn’t working

I've tried all the steps to resolve it but still no internet. The sky hub is the problem as I've tried my neighbours sky hub and it works fine. How do I get in touch to report a faulty hub?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.  It will most likely be tomorrow before they contact you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
