Debt agency

I've been contacted by CCS Collect about a supposed Sky Mobile debt. They had all of my details including an email address I only use for my Sky account. I know I’m up to date with payments and speaking to an advisor I was just told to ignore them and my concerns about this company having very specific personal details were ignored. So what am I supposed to do now? I've got a debt collector hounding me for a debt that doesn't even exist and the company they say it's coming from telling me to ignore them.

@AMSNinja  I wouldn't ignore them , you would need to engage with the agency and state your case to them so they can raise it with sky if needs be

I agree with @SKY1992bf - I wouldn't ignore it. Let the debt collection agency know (I'd do it in writing and by signed for delivery)  that you dispute the debt.

With regard to the sharing of your details, you agreed to that in the terms and conditions you signed up to.
