Changes to the Sky TV guide - November 2021

Keep up with the latest changes to the Sky TV Guide on Sky Q, Sky+ and Sky Glass. 

Monday 1st

• Sky Cinema Spooky (306/850) renames to Sky Family/Sky Family HD. 
• Sky Halloween (311) renames to Sky ScFi/Horror/ Sky ScFi/HorHD. 
• HSTV 3 (668) closes.
• High Street TV 4 (672) becomes High Street TV 3.
• High Street TV 5 (675) becomes High Street TV 4.

Monday 8th 

• MTV Classic (Sky Q /Sky+/ Sky Glass 353) renames to MTV XMAS.
• The Box (Sky Q and Sky+ 355/ Sky Glass 355) renames to BoXmas. 
• Desi Radio (Sky Q and Sky+ 0169) closes.
• TJC Beauty launches to EPG number 668 on Sky Q and Sky+ only. 

Thursday 4th 

• SkyNewsClimate HD has launched to EPG number 525 on Sky Glass. 

Friday 12th 

• Sky Drama (Sky Q and Sky+ 310/854/ Sky Glass 310) renames to Sky Christmas/SkyChristmasHD. 
• Sky Christmas (Sky Q and Sky+ 310/ Sky Glass 310) swaps EPG numbers with Sky Cinema Hits (Sky Q and Sky+ 303/ Sky Glass 303).

Monday 15th

• Sky News Climate HD closes (525 on Sky Q and Sky+, 505 on Sky Glass)

Thursday 18th 

• NOW 80s (362 on Sky Q and Sky+) changes name to NOW XMAS. 
• NOW 90s (363 on Sky Q and Sky+) renames to NOW 80s. 
• That's TV Gold (187 on Sky Q and Sky+) renames to That's TV Xmas.

Monday 22nd

• Sky Blockbusters (Sky Q and Sky + 302 – Sky Glass 302)​ renames to SkyBestOf2021/SkyBestOf21HD. Look back on our biggest premieres of the year

Why do you now call this thread the Sky Q tv guide? Sky + is still in use.

@Nesslad I'd guess to distinguish it from Sky Glass, which has a different channel lineup.

But, yes, strictly speaking, it should say Sky+/Sky Q.

I think in new year a reshuffle of all channels is needed there few gaps in entertainment section need tidy up

Any chance of getting rid of Sky advertise... sorry sky showecase. If your going to drop a channel just do it, don't try to pretend you've introduced something new by repeating the same shows on multiple channels.

Because the first post deals with changes that Sky know about, not possible  ones.

When they get an actual date for it, they will post it, and not "sometime this month"

Sky Guide showing Christmas films on Sky Drama from 6am on Friday 12th November. This is in line with the channel change that they did last year, so looks like that's when it changes over.

Edit: And it appears the top post has been ammended to show this.

Good to see that you are including both Sky Glass and Sky Q/+ numbers.  Would it be possible to publish a list of the Sky Glass numbers as they don't appear to be published anywhere.
