My roommate has recently moved out and moved back to Poland, he previously had our sky bill in his name for our broadband and I just sent him half the money each month as normal. However since him moving away he left the sky to me to change the details over and i have changed everything with the exception of the account holder name which I can't do. Was hoping somebody could help?

@Tashytash Sky don't allow account ownership changes

your ex roommate would have to cancel the account and you create a new account if the equipment is Sky q it must be returned
