kerrang' magic and box hits missing from music channels

It's been nearly a week now and still no kerrang and magic and I just noticed 4 music showing the box as well enough enough I no it maybe difficult to mend how long is it going to go on

Red Bee haven't said, so it's a matter of being patient. I've no doubt they're at least as keen as you to get this fixed.

The music Channels are still down even Channel 5 is on still on some sort of backup system that's why you see that black & white square in the corner because it's not their main feed

Nobody knows at this point it's nearly been a week now 😒 as frustrating it may be I however seen that 4Music is also off showing The Box as "4Music Prestents The Box" on their TV Guide what is interesting next Monday it's showing normal programming this may indicate the channels will return to normal Monday? Possibly

@Matthew0099 No... it just means they haven't bothered to change the data from Monday and onwards, as if it does end up fixed they'll only have to change it back again, if not then they'll change more of the data for the next few days.

Part of the problem could be getting the parts needed to fix whatever is broken.

The Box is showing on channel 355 (which is the box) but also on Magic (357) and Kerrang (358). Says the correct channels in the bottom left but says its The Box in top left corner. No idea why. Very annoying!

Channel 358 should be Kerrang but is playing a Box channel. It's been off for a while.

It seems other music channels are duplicated on the wrong channels.
