Cannot use sky email on my iphone or ipad

I have used sky email fine until July this year when it has stopped syncing and I cannot get my emails anymore. I have installed the email again but it won't send, only receives now. I have checked all the settings for imap and smtp servers and all fine and put my password in numerous times. it works on my PC fine, just not on the ipad and iphone. Please help!!

All you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:
