I have been with sky for a long time. Not liking sky Q and I am out of contract. What is the best way to give 31 days notice?! Is it by letter, chat or phone. Any advice would be appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous You can’t cancel all or part of your subscription on this forum. You need to contact Sky Customer Services. You can ring or try the messaging service. This link will probably help you. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#still-need-hand

Many thanks for replies. I did manage to speak to a customer service advisor. She left me in no hesitation to put my cancellation notice in.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo contact Sky, if you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can ring for free by dialling 150, otherwise you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0333 phone number.

If you are in Ireland, in the very bottom right corner of the link change the flag to the ROI to obtain the relevant 0818 number.
Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are sometimes a bit quieter.
