After i cancelled my sky TV i was told to send back the sky box or there would be a £141 charge on my account so i send back the box and still my account has the charge of £141 i have tried countless times to call you over the past 3 months but i cannot go past the automated service with out paying the charge which i will not do as the box was sent back so how can i talk to someone to sort this?
