Hi so I rang sky today to cancel my account. After my call the eventually agreed to cancel my account. At 9.40.am I got an email saying it will.be cancelled. Then at 10.05 I got another email saying that I have made changes to my account which did not happen and stating my new package. I never had any other conversation with them other than to cancel . Very hard to deal with

Basically the took off stuff off my subscription like sports etc and stating my new pricing. I did not agree to any of this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Waykaz All you can do here is phone back first thing in the morning and get sky to listen to the call of what was agreed, if it's found that you only asked for cancellation they should honour it

Apparently the lines are sometimes quieter just after 7am or about 9pm so it may be worth trying then (times vary in ROI). Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.
